I pushed it in the swim even though it was supposed to be recovery. I was trying to make sure I finished in time for the spin class. Spin class was good but it is tough to take it easy in the class, fortunately I had no issue taking it easy on the run. I figured I did a little more than the Rumpass in Bumpass this morning - not a bad way to start the day.
