Run\Swim 120307
Run:
30 Min 3.25 Miles. Easy recovery
Swim:
2000 Yards in 35:00 min
Cut swim short was supposed to be 45 min. Run was kept easy as per my training plan. Legs definitely felt heavy from the ride yesterday.
