Swam 500 yards as a cool down
First 16-17 rounds went great then I hit a wall . My cold definitely impacted my endurance on the WOD. I swam more to cool my body off than anything else.
This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Injury
After visiting the doctor, getting EKG and chest x-ray it has been ruled either inflamed cartilage or chest wall. Doctor couldn't believe my heart rate which is why I think he wanted an EKG. I need to continue to take it easy and keep up with Ibuprofen.
My hip heals and now I can't breathe. This has been a rough early season.

Spin 110125
Back in the saddle. Back to gym after being on vacation and sick. I am still getting over my bronchitis but I am feeling well enough to start back up again.

Good class, still feeling the effects of my cold. One day it is ok and the next it is really wearing me down. One thing about the class is that it is inconsistent. One week we will go right until the end of the hour before cooling down and the next they cut is short and start cooling down 10 min early.

Sick - Attempted Crossfit 091015
I am in the midst of a cold and tried to do 091015:
For Time:
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Hang squat clean, 15 reps
30 Push-ups
I warmed up with 1000 meters on the Erg in 3:49 and felt good. Did a couple of HQC at lower weights to get used to the motion. The started and at the end of the 1st round was gassed. Not aerobically but strengthwise. I will re-attempt this one in a couple of days. Finished with 3.75 miles easy on the bike just to keep the body moving.
