Swim felt great, first 1000 in 17:28, second in 18:14. At that pace my goal of a 40 min swim in the tri is a realistic goal.
Daylight savings time is killing me, getting up this morning(and yesterday for that matter) has been rough and my last 2 workouts have not been complete. I missed yesterday and didn't bike tomorrow.
