Swim/Gym 120102

Swim:

Warm up:
2x250 yards
1x500 yards

Mass Start 100's
8x 100 (From triathlon.competitor.com)
25 all out/50 just off race pace/25 build

Cool Down:
1x200 yards

Ran 1/4 mile to transition then lifting:
3x5 (45/95/115) Front Squat
3x5 (45/95/95) Push Press
25 back extension

I hate having to breathe heavy in the water.  I just need to get used to it.
