Considerable drop compare to last time. My biggest lost was in SDLHP. Overall my endurance killed me. I was sucking wind almost from the word go.
Body Weight Bench Mark:
163.0 lbs, 9.8% body fat. Slowly getting my weight under control. LBM was at 147.0. Not as good as 2 weeks ago.
