Crossfit 090319 - Sort of?

Here was the official workout

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Here is what I did:

Five rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 40 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Chin-ups
25 push-ups

11:27 - 21 sets

After Murph on Tuesday and all of the rope pull-ups and pull downs yesterday, it was a struggle to do the five rounds. I finished with 3 rounds of 25 sit-ups/25 back extensions, one minute jump rope, 90 sec plank on swiss ball.

Not a super intense work out but a good way to end the week.
