This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Push-ups
I have been trying to do at least 100 push-ups each day and trying to increase the number I do in a set. Today I did 4 sets of 35 and then 20 wide grip and 5 diamond push-ups. I would like to get to the point of doing sets of 50.
