Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Hang squat clean, 9 reps (scaled to 125)
15 ft Rope climb, legless, 3 ascents (subbed first set with 45 rope pull-ups, rest were 45 130lb rope pull-downs)
21:57 (4:39/4:20/4:31/4:18/4:10)
This was the first time in a while I have had to scale. My max clean is 165 so 155 wasn't realistic. 125 was tough. I didn't have a rope so I had to sub there. After the first round I had to sub pull-downs because of time constraints. I would have easily been at 6-7 min for the later sets if I continued to do rope pull-ups. My body is beat after doing murph yesterday.
