WOD 20 Pull-ups Run 600 Meters 100 Leg Lifts (90 degrees) 10 95# Clean and Jerks
3 rounds in 27:54 Repeat of yesterday, body was sore and core was killing me. I had to swap out the sit-ups because of tailbone.
