 5 Pike Pushups
10 24" Box Jumps
15 Pull-ups
12 95lb DeadLift
 9 95lb Hang Clean
 6 95lb Split Jerk

My pull-ups were crap after the first round.  On the bar work, grip was biggest weakness as the round wore on.
