This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Bad Workout
I tried two different WOD's and in both cases only made it through the first round. I also tried a 500m row for time with miserabel results. Mentally I just wasn't in it today. Hopefully I will be back in after the rest day.
