Spin 121113

Rode the bike for 30 min

5 Min warm up
15 Min of 1 min on, 30 sec off
2 min recover
5 min of 30 sec on, 30 off at a lower gear
3 min cool down.

I have been getting back into pull-ups after a couple month hiatus.  Completing about 50 - 80 a day.
