This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Run 120904
Ran 3.33 miles in 25:22, 7:37 pace. It was miserably humid this morning. It is amazing how much my time drops with temperature/humidity increases. My best time for this course is 22:47 - almost 3 min faster.
