This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Sunday Run
I went out in honor of the Super Bowl and ran 4.06 miles in 30:57. Slower than I liked but it was my first run off the treadmill since breaking my toe. The hills were tough but I enjoyed being outside.
