Crossfit 080719

Only did 5 sets of one. Did them with my daughter on my back ~55lbs. It felt m.ore difficult the the wight higher up than when I use a belt with the weight hanging below me. I also started the Burpee challenge on the Crossfit boards. Basically doing one more Burpee(squat thrust) each day for 100 days. It is easy now but should get interesting when it gets above 50.
