Crossfit 080717

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Push-ups
12 dips
95 pound Push-press, 9 reps

7 rounds plus 15 push-ups and 8 dips

Warmed up with 10 chin-ups and 20 back-extensions

Finished with 21 55lb Dumbbell swings, 50 crunches, 10 burpees
