Swim 101013

I have decided to alternate swim workouts - 1 for distance, 1 for drills so today was drills.

Warm up
2x50

1x500 ~9:40

2 rounds of :
     50 yards kickboard
     50 yards lung busters (breath every 7 strokes)
     4x25 All out with 5 breaths between interval
     25 Backstroke
     25 Breaststroke

1x500 ~9:50
2x25 Fast with 5 breaths between

Cool down
1x50 Free
1x50 Breast
