Ok, squats went well and I will increase to 210 on Thursday, assuming I make it to 215 I will stop there and drop down 10%. I feel like my form is starting to suffer on my squats. Bench went well and I will be moving up to 155 next week, that is where I started and plateaued so I am hoping I will be able to move through it. Also will move to 7 chin-ups next week.
