This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Run 111004
Did a nice easy run of 2.9 miles with Jim. While I feel fine in general, once I was running I could tell my body is still recovering from the race. We ran at about a 9:24 pace.
