  • Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps) - Subbed 4olb thrusters.
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
  • Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Row (Calories)

Held even with my last attempt at this on 080625. Yesterday's Fran and 4 miles put a hurting on my legs.
