This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Rest Day Run
Today is supposed to be a rest day but I had to take my car to be service and I ran home.
~1.5 miles 9:01.
That is 4 seconds slower than last time. Mildly disappointing but at the end of a hard week I can live with it.
