Crossfit 080627

Making up last Friday's WOD.

3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
55lb Dumbbell swing, 21 reps
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups (Chin-up grip)

This workout kicked my butt. I haven't been that wiped out in along time. I only had 25 min and I thought I should be able to finish without a problem - WRONG. I finished 2 rounds + 800meter + 21 DB Swings and 12 Thrusters. in 24:08. If I had the time my guess is this would have ended in the 29 min range. I definitely want to try this again, as bad as it was it was a great mix of exercises.

Splits:
Round 1: 7:24 (800 m/10.1 mph, 21 swings unbroken, 3X7 thrusters, 3X7 pull-ups)
Round 2: 9:23 (800 m/10 mph, 21 swings unbroken, 3X7 thrusters, 5-5-6-5 pull-ups)
Round 1: 7:22 (800 m/8.5 mph, 15-6 swings,2X6 thrusters)
