This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Swam with Jim, good to have someone to force me to get back out there.
Warm up 2x200
6x50 on 1:00
3x100 on 2:15
Cool down 250
Not as much as usual but a good way to get back in the water.
