This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

As many rounds as possible in 20 min.
1/4 mile run
25 pushups
20 box jumps
15 burpees
10 pull ups
4 rounds plus run
Did this workout at a park in OC. It was fun, I did it with Carie,my dad, and two neighbors.
