This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Bike/Run 120706
Easy bike and run 11 mile ride and about 2 miles of running. I did 1 mile in the middle of the ride and 1 at the end. I have also been getting in 50-100 yards of swimming off and on during the week out in the ocean.
