Warm up
300 yards

Freestyle - 6x50 on :60
Pull - 6x100 on 2:00 breath every 5 strokes
Kick - 1x300
Kick - 6x25 on :40
Freestyle - 1x150
Freestyle - 1x150
Freestyle - 6x25 on :40

Cool down
100 yards

Total 2200 yards.  Got some pointers on my flip turns to help my efficiency. Turns out I am pushing off before my upper body is extended and I am losing momentum.
