Five rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups (subbed 40# weight pull-ups and dips)
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps

14:32(2:13/3:04/3:08/3:02/3:05)

Pull-ups were my limiting factor.

Warmed up with 500 meters on the erg. Finished with ab and push up work.
