Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Row 250 meters
Sumo deadlift highpull 95 pounds, 21 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps

4 Rounds + Row and 21 SDHP

I think 5 rounds is within reach. My stomach still isn't right form the GHDs from a couple of weeks ago, I could feel the weakness when I was rowing.
