Crossfit 090930

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

9:10 (2:59/3:05/3:04)

Compare to 090415 (9:00)

Finished with some bench and light ab work. Abs are still sore from last week's GHD, although they are feeling much better.
