This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Back to Running
Completed 4 miles on the treadmill at an easy 8:00 mile pace using the "Hill" workout setting. My body needs a break tomorrow from the past week, all of me is sore but my abs are suffering the most.
