Crossfit 080803

"Griff"

800 meter run

Done on a treadmill: 14:39 runs were at 10.3mph, backwards at 5.1

Compare to 080609: 14:57

Completed 31 (16/15) burpees for the Burpee Challenge. Also practiced overhead and front squats with just a bar, and some light ab work.

Preacher Curls 10@60#, 10@70#, 10@80#, 2@90#.

Today was tough because my left shoulder has been bothering me. I tried to avoid and WOD with a lot of shoulder strain, hence the reason I went back to 080803 to when I missed 'Grif'. Happened to notice that Griff is actually only 800/400/800/400 but since I did the extra 800 the first time I figured I would stick with it.
