Finished with 19 more burpees to catch me up on the burpee challenge.
As the times show the Handstand push ups (down to the top of my head) and the burpees were the hardest to complete. Very tired at the end, the last few workouts have really zapped me. Fortunately tomorrow is only canoeing.
