This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Run\Swim 120508
Ran 3.6 in 30 min.
Swam 1600 yards in 30 min.
Both efforts felt good, my goal on my runs is to get back to a consistent race pace. My ITB is feeling much better but I will continue to be careful with it. Bike to tonight.
