Bike:
40.5 Miles in 2:13 - 18mph
5-10 min break
Run:
3.35 Miles in 26:40 - 7:57 pace
25-30 min rest break(drive to pool)
Swim:
1450 yards in 30 min.
I need to work on my nutrition, I struggled with energy on the bike. This was s tough set of workouts. I was please with the run being below 8 min, after the bike I didn't think I would have it in me. Lots of work to do in the next 8 weeks.
