This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Run 110326
Ran 3.5 in 29:08 on the paved path around Rustin High School with Jim. Then did 3 laps on the track of 200 meters full speed, 200 recovery pace.
ITB held up well, I started using a foam roller which seems to be helping.
