For time:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (subbed 35lb dumbbell swing)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball(subbed 40lb thrusters)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Time: 25:17

Compare to 080920 26:18

Shaved a minute off my time a year ago. Feeling tired after my 4th WOD in the last 3 days. The three exercises I need to work on the most remain Burpees, Knees to Elbows, and Double Unders. I would love to see the WOD under 20 min.
