Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball(subbed, 45# Thruster)

21:57(4:09/4:06/4:19/4:37/4:46)

Warmed up with 12 pull-ups
Finished with 10 each side med. ball push ups, 10x45#deadlift, 2 miles on bike in 7 min.
