This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Running on Vacation
Went on a great vacation to Turks and Caicos with my wife. Other than swimming and snorkeling each day, I got one work out in:
Running about 3 miles on the beach along with various iterations of pull-ups, push-ups, 50 lb dumbell swings.
