This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

3 rounds for time of:
Walking lunge, 100 ft
50 Squats
25 Back extensions
10:11 (3:24/3:21/3:26)
Warmed up with 2 miles in 15 min on the treadmill
Cooled off with Preacher(10x50+/10/70+) curls and dips (2x10)
