Overhead Squats OHS

Warmed up with 1000m row in 3:38.9 (want to get this below 3:25)
Did abs between sets, finished with 6 wide grip pull-ups and 10 weighted(40#) dips.
Was going to bench between sets but wasn't feeling it after a round of 5x135.
