Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

21:26 (Time 33:26 - 12:00 min rest)
Rounds of 4:16/4:16/4:08/4:09/4:35

Compare to 080325 28:23

I am not sure how to compare this to last time. I don't remember if my previous time was with or with out rest included. This time I logged it in better detail so that next time I can compare easier
