Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

95/105/105/110/110/115/115

My first time doing split jerks so the weight was low to start. Between sets I did:

10 rep preacher curls and 25 push-ups. The load on the curls was as follows:

Bar + 50/60/65/70/75/80
