21 L Pull-ups (subbed reg. pull-ups)
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups (subbed reg. pull-ups)

Finished with 50 sit-ups and 75 sec. plank on SB. Tired after yesterday and today, I really don't like DB snatch.
