Previously I did pull-ups instead of SDHP. After doing it both ways I liked the SDHP because it kept my cardio up since I was able to do the 25 reps with only a 10 sec break in the middle.
Warmed up with 2 rounds of
10x95 Shoulder Press (last few reps were push-press)
50 sit-ups
