Crossfit 090508

135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

6:56(sets of 5)

Finished with 5k bike in 9:58 and 10 slow, ful ROM pull-ups.

After 18 months of Crossfit, I finally finished Grace as rx'ed. My C&J form needs a little work but I got it done.
