This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Bike 110731
Just under 26 miles (25.83) in 1:37:00 - bike watch doesn't have seconds. Tough as it was VERY hot but it was good to get in a long ride on the road. Course was hilly and next time I want to bring a Gatorade as well as water .
