Swim 110727

2250 total yards or a little over 1.25 miles.Between getting adjusted to the morning and warming up, the first three sets were tough.  But then I was able to get into my old rhythm of 1 Min/50yards and then it was just a matter of counting laps.  The ladder was a good way to get back in to it.  My next swim session will be longer sets.
