This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Run 110511
Ran West Goshen park ~4.1 miles in 29:17. I did interval work with the first and last mile easy, the middle miles I did intervals using the .1 mile posts. .1 mile at a little faster than race pace, and then .1 mile easy.
