This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Run 110508
Ran ~5 miles in 35:27 during my son's lacrosse practice. It was 6 laps of a course a little more than .8 miles. The first 2 were at a 6:50 pace and then my splits started to drop.
